Shelby Dowd (BCBA)
Shelby is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Shelby attended Kaplan University where she obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2015 Shelby founded Shelby’s Behavior Solutions.
Martin McClelland (BCBA)
Ellen Gloetzner (BCaBA)
Ellen is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who has received a Master of Arts degree in 2010 from Antioch University McGregor and most recently received an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph's University in 2011. Ellen joined Shelby's Behavior Solutions in early 2016.
Brett Brasington (BCBA)
Brett is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Brett received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of South FL(Florida). in 2011. Brett then attended Nova Southeastern where he received his master’s degree in 2014. Brett joined Shelby's Behavior Solutions as a Behavioral Tech. while he attended Purdue Global University where he received his Master’s in Psychology with Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Brett joined Shelby's Behavior Solutions in March of 2016.
Kristin Truman (BCBA)
Kristin obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Psychology. Kristin earned her master’s degree in special education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Kristin joined Shelby's Behavior Solutions and completed her supervised hours prior to becoming a BCBA. Kristin joined Shelby's Behavior Solutions in May of 2021.
Shannon Monahan (BCBA)
Shannon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In 2008 she graduated from Ball State University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She later went on to complete required coursework at Florida Institute of Technology needed to obtain her BCaBA certificate. In 2012 Shannon became certified as a BCaBA. In 2019 she graduated from Ball State University earning her Masters in Art with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and became certified as a BCBA in 2020. Shannon joined Shelby's Behavior Solutions in August of 2017.
Allison Moore (BCBA)
Allison is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 2010 with a major in speech and hearing sciences and a minor in American studies. She then attended Ball State University for graduate school where she graduated with her master’s degree in special education with a focus on autism in 2016. Allison joined Shelby's Behavior Solutions in March of 2021.
